This policy is considered a clear statement NOT TO request such things,
We reserve the right to Drop clients and/or Refuse Service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To provide the best service and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policy:

12-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, with the full session fee still applying.

Without payment, no further appointments can be booked.
Payment can be made by e-transfer to Admin@iwannamassage.com or cash.
