Holding bookings: We will not hold appointments until a credit card has been given or paid in full amount.

 

Credit Cards: Your credit card information is kept secure at all times.

 

Pre-authorization:

   We may preauthorize an amount on your credit card prior to your appointment. This could be up to the amount of the service you have booked.

 

Invalid information:

   We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if the credit card information given is not valid or the card has a problem with the bank.

   We will do our best to contact you if this happens.

Your late arrival does not change the fact that I need to end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. 

   See the Canceling/Rescheduling policy if decided .

   15 minutes late will considered as a NO-SHOW, See a NO-SHOWING policy below

LATE ARRIVAL

We requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for Cancellation, the client will be billed 1/2 the session fee. 

If cancelled with less than 6 hours notice the full session fee will be charged.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show.

All No-Show clients will be billed the full session fee, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
